APPLYING THE METHODThe Molina Method Framework
We begin by recognizing the beliefs and language you’ve inherited.
Then we create a new way of using language that opens different ways to see and live.
This work is not linear. The Molina Method happens in the realm of energy, consciousness, and language. It takes you through the Three Principles of Being, simultaneously altering your language, your thinking, and your outcomes.

The Three Principles of Being
PRINCIPLE ONEYou recognize you’re living in the Fish Tank and realize your life has been shaped by factors and forces outside of your control.
You’re making choices inside an inherited structure of language, belief, culture, memory, and meaning.
That structure shapes what you notice, what you repeat, what you tolerate, and what you believe is possible.
The Molina Method calls this structure the Fish Tank.
Once you see it, you can begin to move beyond it.
PRINCIPLE TWOYou understand that language is the lock that has constrained you, and it’s also the key to create openings to reveal what you - and others - have believed is impossible.
Until now.
Language does more than describe reality. It shapes what you can perceive, choose, inhabit, and create.
The words you’ve inherited keep old patterns in place, including identity, fear, obligation, limitation, and meanings you were never taught to question.
Language can become your key to unlock the dreams and desires you hold only in your mind.
Used consciously, it opens perception, interrupts inherited patterns, and makes new futures available.
PRINCIPLE THREEYou experience perception as a learnable skill, so you stop feeling fixed in the identity of “I am who I am”.
While many people are taught to think, few are taught to perceive, which limits our ability to see the unseen.
Intuition, psychic sensing, and expanded awareness are not random gifts reserved for the rare few.
They are capacities we all can recognize. And when you’re taught to use yours and refine them, your goals and desires are brought to life without doubt.
The Molina Method trains the perceptual intelligence most people never know they possess:

Elly Molina is the developer of The Molina Method, a framework built at the intersection of applied linguistics, ontology, and psychic research. She holds an M.A. in Linguistics from NYU and has spent four decades studying how inherited language structures determine what a person can perceive, decide, and create.
Her work treats psychic perception — remote viewing, intuitive sensing, expanded awareness — not as anomalous or supernatural, but as an underdeveloped human faculty, studied and trained with the same rigor applied to language itself. This is the premise the Method starts from, not a claim it defends.
She is the founder of The PsiKids Academy, where she developed a curriculum for teaching remote viewing to children, and has advised clients across more than fifty countries. She is currently completing the book and course that formalize The Molina Method as a coherent philosophical system.
